I have been so tired lately that I haven't been posting many pictures, but I finally picked up my camera and started shooting this past Saturday morning. I put Dylan in this funny onesie that a friend got us before he outgrows it. I wish he didn't grow so fast, so that he could wear some of the cute outfits more than once! Although Dylan isn't really a cranky baby (which I am so thankful for), I still wanted to share these pictures!!
My amateur photo background
His mad dog look..getting slightly cranky.
He's probably thinking, "Mom, stop taking so many photos!"
Tired Daddy and baby..after his mini-photo shoot
Later that night, we ate at a Chinese restaurant in celebration of Chinese New Year. I didn't take a picture of the place, but it was packed. My chair was squished behind another person's chair. Like sardines in a can. Even though Dylan normally sleeps during this time, he was wide awake during the entire dinner! Dylan was so content at looking at all the people around him. My mom and I kept handing Dylan off to each other as we ate our dinner. He was such a happy baby!
Tummy time is Dylan's least favorite thing to do. He can only withstand 2 minutes of it and then starts crying. So I tried using the boppy to assist him and surprisingly was able to lie on his belly for over 10 minutes! I'm so proud of him. So is Daddy.
During these couple of weeks, Dylan has finally noticed his hands! He loves to put them in his mouth, so he is drooling more. He hasn't found his thumb just yet, but I'm sure he will soon. He's such a smart cookie!
Dylan has a lot of different expressions. One in particular that stood out this month has been his grimace. Once I see him sad, I just want to melt and comfort him in my arms. The only time when he gets a little cranky is when he's hungry or doing tummy time. I should have photographed him in his cranky onesie here...oh well.

Doesn't this face make you feel so sorry for the guy?? Don't worry, it was only for a second. Once I fed him, he was all smiles again!
