Our Trip to Chicago! (Part 1)

This was Dylan's first trip to Chicago and his first ride on the plane went pretty smooth! Dylan was a little squirmy, but all in all, he didn't really cry or fuss too much. And the guy we sat next to didn't mind Dylan's presence!
Waiting at the LAX airport...had fun pushing the stroller a few times.

Finally arriving to Alex's parents house, he was super excited to see his cousins, Alexis and Andrew!
Alexis was super stoked to see Dylan too!
Dylan has been experiencing some major stranger anxiety. But Dylan must have remembered Lolo from skyping all the time, because he wasn't shy at all!

We finally get to see Uncle Albert and Auntie Tami's new home in Oswego! It's so spacious! I'm so jealous! And they have so many toys for Dylan to play with!
Dylan loved sitting in this racetrack toy that spins cars around. It kept him preoccupied for a while!
 Playing with letters and numbers
 Silly boy!
Trying to push Alexis around

Alexis has a special bond with Dylan. She loves giving him hugs and kisses! XOXO!
Trying to get the three of them together for a picture was absolutely impossible. I wasn't able to get all three of them to look at the camera at the same time! It was hard enough to even keep them on the couch! Hence,  bribing Alexis and Andrew with grapes and Dylan with a TV remote! HAHA.

There Alexis goes again! It's so cute!
Uncle Albert making the boys laugh!

Auntie Tami is great with Dylan as well!
 Playing with Lolo and Lola
We met Auntie Kristine's boyfriend, Andrew (a chef at Alinea)! He made us this delicious steak and salmon dinner with sauteed mushrooms! Yum!
 More kisses for Dylan!
 Hanging out with Daddy!
We went to downtown Naperville for a stroll...Dylan always smiling!

Family pic!
 Adorable face
It was getting quite windy! Look at Dylan's hair!
Stopping at Five Guys for dinner. Alexis loves peanuts!
Dylan's first allergic reaction...we think it might have been a topical exposure to peanut oil. =( The rash luckily went away after a day.
 Playing with Alexis's kitchen
 Attacked by the boys!

I love this pic of Alexis! She's surprising willing to pose and smile for me!

Dylan needs one of these mini chairs! Of course in a different color!

Lolo and Lola with the grandkids

Eating out at Wild Bills Buffalo Wings!
 Andrew loves to snuggle.

 Getting Alexis to smile again!
 Woodfield Mall

 Andrew loves the pole!

The mall had a play area for the kids. This was Dylan's first time and he had such a great time! He was probably one of the youngest ones there...we had to watch him closely, so he wouldn't get trampled by all the other kids!

 Sitting with the ducks!
We still have another week left! But, it's going by so quickly! We're planning on going to the pumpkin farm tomorrow. Really excited for that! It's been raining for the past couple of days, but the forecast is predicting that it's not supposed to rain tomorrow! Rain, rain go away...come again another day! (Preferable after we leave!)

Bathtime Fun!

Bathtime is becoming more fun for Dylan! He actually likes to splash water everywhere, but he also likes to move around! That little rascal!

 Getting ready for a bath!
 Who's a sexy boy??
Always putting his fingers in his mouth!

 There he goes.
Curious to see what's outside of his tub.

 1, 2, 3...here comes the water!!!
 Phew...all done!
So fresh and so clean, clean!

11 Months!

OMG...There's only one more month til he's one! I can't believe how time flies!

Things I've noticed this month:
** Cruises so fast and loves to get into all the cabinets! I've been too lazy to buy those child safety locks, that I just put my hair ties around them! He also climbs the stairs at Grandma's house.
** Starting to take a few steps with assistance.
** Likes to drop objects and have me pick them up. He always gets a kick out of it.
** I think his first word is "UP". He says that all the time. He also babbles alot more and responds to his name.
** Falls asleep on his own after 5-10 minutes in his crib. It's awesome.
** Has 4 upper and 4 bottom teeth...and it's a good thing he lets me brush his teeth!
** Has major stranger anxiety. He's mama's lil boy.

That's my boy!!
